Purchases on Nyxia are not refunded. A customer cannot request or receive a refund from this site.

An administrator may choose to refund one order and mark it refunded. Delivered license keys and stock codes stay with the customer. The payment provider is not reversed automatically; the administrator sends the money themselves.

No feature is guaranteed to remain available. Nyxia can take any product or feature offline at any time.
